BMP Projects
- Incline Creek Estates Project- The Incline Creek Estates project is a fifty-unit residential housing development in Incline Village, Nevada. This project is environmentally sensitive due to a stream environment zone (SEZ) running directly through the site. The agencies that oversee the project include the Lahontan RWQCB, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and the Nevada Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Provided daily BMP inspections per TRPA permit requirements. Met weekly with contractor to review the weekly inspection report and to verify that all previous non-compliance issues had been resolved.
- New residential BMP program for single family home, condominium and commercial complexes - initiated in 2009.

Subdivision Development
- Incline Creek Estates- a private, gated community designed just for you. Situated on 13 pristine acres in the heart of Incline Village, Incline Creek Estates features 58 premiere single family homes that are within walking distance from the downtown. Incline Creek Estates has been developed with the latest technology and LEED Green Building System certified insulation and decking. The smart home technology provides homeowners with a single system approach to managing a wide range of home electronics. Touch panels control multiple zones of distributed audio, video and lighting scenes. AMX control system is used to manage heating, and ventilation and pre-programmed system settings can even be used to make sure appropriate temperatures are maintained according to time of day or room usage. Commercial Development
- Indian Hills Plaza office and retail center-
A 30,000 sq ft retail center located in South Carson Valley, hosting in-line and big-box tenants including a veterinarian, insurance group, physcal therapist, Mott Canyon Tavern and Grill, Barton's own Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Institue and other medical and retail space available. This investment represents $6 million in holdings.
- Incline Athletic Club- A 27,000 sq ft conversion of a dilapidated racquet ball club into a state-of-the-art commercial office and full-scale athletic facility that will host the new recreation facility with hi-tech climbing wall, and medical and health professionals that serve Incline Village.
- Incline Village Plaza office and retail center- 22,000 sq ft development with retail and office space in the heart of Incline Village.
